These guys are great. I'm from texas and we drive faster there. After getting two tickets a year apart they were able to get them reduced and dismissed with fees paid. We are so glad that we chose Rowland &Yauger to represent our daughter's disability claim. After a year or so of dealing with seizures and unable to work, she filed for disability and was denied (no surprise). We then contacted Rowland & Yauger to have them fight for her. From the first time we called and spoke with Tammy Bellamy, the Social Security paralegal, we were told exactly what to expect and she was detailed and very accurate. Tammy told us our daughter would be denied again once the lawyers filed,  but that was to be expected. Tammy kept in contact with us through the entire process. She gathered all our medical records and work history and anything else that Mr. Yauger could use to prove our daughter's case. If this law firm was a football team, Mr. Yauger was the QB on game day (court day with the judge) and Tammy was the coach, defensive line, special teams and play caller all wrapped into one person. She knew what info the opponents (SSA) had used to deny the claim and did all the research and had a counter "playbook" (27 pages long) to make sure our case was heard and that the judge and disability specialist would have what they needed to make the best decision. In the end, we got the decision our daughter deserved, through the confidence of Mr. Yauger and the knowledge and expertise from Tammy Bellamy.
